At the library catalog, in the keyword box, type in the “search term(s)” and click submit. The LOCATION tells us where in the library the item is located for example non-fiction, fiction, media, then the CALL # lets us know where on the shelf the item will be located and the STATUS lets us know if the item is checked out (it will have a due date) or Check Shelf lets us know the item is on the shelf. Two call number ranges to search on the shelves in non-fiction would be 332-333, which is for Financial & Land Economics; 621-Applied Physics; 644-Household Utilities and 696-697-Utilities, Heating Ventilating, Air-conditioning.
